Kim Livingston is the district Literacy Coordinator for Instructional Programs. Kim is the district liaison for all things Read to Succeed as well as Read 180/System 44. Kim has been in education for over 22 years and has served as a classroom teacher, Literacy Coach, and adjunct professor at USCA.
