Dr. Floyd is a passionate leader who leads with his heart towards creating equitable opportunities for all children to achieve their American Dream. He currently serves as the Principal of Schofield Middle School in Aiken SC, the first and only Cambridge International Lower Secondary School in the state. Mr. Floyd believes that our fundamental ideologies drive our approach to teaching and learning and that to improve professional practice, we must start at the roots of our beliefs.
