I am one who works, one who don't mind working, and one that is willing to work. This is my belief that if we are willing to go further than what we are expected then we will indeed find success in all that we do.
From a counselor view: As you listen to a person talk, seek to understand the reason behind his/her problem. Then and only then will you be able to help the individual to develop a feeling of trust and expectancy.
