This session shows teachers how items are aligned to state standards on large-scale assessments from a cognitive demand perspective and how to incorporate this framework into classroom assessments. This session focuses on the Webb (2005) Depth of Knowledge model. Review of texts for DOK 3 questioning opportunities will also be included in the session.
