General description: “I do not teach using multiple choice assessment, so I can’t use MasteryConnect.” Nothing could be further from the truth. This session will focus on the ways in which all other assessment types (rubric- based, performance-based, short answer, open response, etc.) can be scored using the MasteryConnect performance grader and new Teacher app. Participants will be guided through subject specific examples of how MasteryConnect can improve student outcomes by identifying levels of understanding to target students for intervention, all while self-evaluating the teaching and learning happening in the classroom.
