Collaborative Strategic Reading is an excellent class-wide reading intervention for 3rd-12th grade. This intervention is completed in small cooperative groups and features no missed instructional time. CSR was developed for grade level reading material and can be used in a cross-curricular manner. CSR is free, requires very little materials, and only needs to be completed three days per week to achieve the effect size. At the end of this session, participants will be able to implement CSR tomorrow to achieve success for all students!


Ashley Bouknight Wingard

Dr. Bouknight Wingard is a School Psychologist for Aiken County Public Schools. This year she coordinates behavior support for the district and works with the Child Find team to evaluate preschool students suspected of having an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
