Participants in this session will be able to see examples of weekly reading lesson plans connected to alternate achievement standards for students with intellectual disabilities, differentiate/adapt activities for all ability levels, and use key ideas from the literacy model during reading instruction. At the end of this session, participants will be able to use examples from today's session and apply in their classroom.
