Limited Capacity seats available

In this session the presenter will invite participants to walk in the shoes of an editor and consider what makes an image compatible with a written text. In other words, How does one choose a corresponding image for text without being cliche? Session attendees will see the process one teacher used to help students "match" the mood and meaning of a poem with a complimentary image and enjoy student examples. At the end of the session, participants will know a process and a strategy to lead students to discover mood/tone in different media and discern and defend a compatibility between the two works.
