Limited Capacity filling up

I would like to share some background from my dissertation research that provides a foundation for understanding the learning context in which secondary students' reading scores continue to decline across all measures, both locally and nationally, continuing a pattern begun in 1992. My hope is that at the end of the session, participants will have information that will help them to think of solutions and to be empowered to meet students where they are (regardless as to how they got there) in order to help them move to where they need to be as readers.
