*“Literacy, in any form, advances a person’s ability to effectively and creatively use and communicate information.” This session will focus on the skill sets students need to develop in order to succeed in the information age, as suggested in the profile of a South Carolina graduate and the 21st century learner skills checklist. Terry Hallman is the Curriculum Technology Lead for ACPS and has served in this position for the past 13 years. Terry is a 33 year veteran teacher, with 20 years in the K - 12 classroom setting. Ms. Hallman earned her M.Ed in Instructional Technology from Lesley University. Ms. Hallman has a daughter, Holli, an adopted dachshund, Dottie, and a granddog named Lola.
